Mike Pfeifer

PT, ATC

Mike earned his doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northwestern University. He is a board-certified Physical Therapist and has also furthered his credentialing as a orthopedic clinical specialist (OCS). He has continued his education and manual skills with certifications as a Mulligan certified practitioner, dry needling, and vestibular rehab

Mike is also a board certified Athletic Trainer which he obtained through undergraduate schooling at Purdue University. He has experience at the collegiate and high school levels.

Mike joined the team at GLO in August of 2020 with over 10 years of experience. He is currently the clinical director of physical therapy for GLO. He lives in Valparaiso with his wife and two children, Jaxson and Wyatt.

My name is Bailey and I am a Physical Therapist Assistant here at Great Lakes

Orthopedics Physical Therapy. I graduated from the physical therapist assistant program at Fox College in Tinley Park, IL. In my free time I enjoy playing co-ed volleyball, spending time with my family and friends, and serving at my local church. I can’t wait to meet you and help you achieve your physical therapy goals!

Maddy Smoker

Maddy graduated from University of Evansville in 2020 with a Doctorate in

Physical Therapy. Prior to that, earned her Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science and associates degree in Physical Therapy Assistance at the University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, IN. Since graduating PT school, Maddy has furthered her education by becoming certified in the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), dry needling, and blood flow restriction training.

Maddy is the lead physical therapist at the Great Lakes Orthopedics Physical Therapy clinic in Lowell. Maddy resides in DeMotte with her husband, Joe. In her free time, she enjoys being outside, gardening, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends.
